Abstract |
---|
Používá-li manažer koučovací styl vedení, jedná s respektem k individualitě každého a věří ve schopnost svých spolupracovníků nalézt to nejlepší řešení. |
Abstract (in English) |
---|
Coaching gives space to ideas, supports the creativity of employees and thus also develops them. When a manager uses a coaching style of leadership, he acts with respect for the individuality of each and believes in the ability of his co-workers to find the best solution. Employees perceive how they are treated, how their opinions are taken into account and whether they have the opportunity to come up with new stimuli and ideas without fear. If a decision depends on them, they would rather discover new ways to solve them themselves than in their superior's linked system. On the other hand, it is necessary to control all managerial styles of leadership and be able to use them adequately in given situations. |
