V originále

Právní úpravu pachtu obsahovala prvorepubliková zákonná regulace, která ji recipovala z úpravy dřívější. Československé zákony z šedesátých let minulého století pacht neznaly. Do českého práva vrátil pacht občanský zákoník č. 89/2012 Sb. s účinností k 1. 1. 2014. Pacht je regulován v ustanovení § 2332 a násl. Nejprve je zde obecná úprava pachtu a posléze je pojednán zemědělský pacht a pacht závodu. O těchto otázkách pojednává tento příspěvek.

The First Republic law contained the legal regulation of the lease, having adopted it from the previous legislation. Czechoslovak law from the 1960s did not include the lease. The lease was reestablished in the Czech law by the Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll., and came into effect on 1 January 2014. The lease is regulated in the provision of section 2332 et seq. In the article, the author deals with the general regulation of the lease, agricultural lease, and lease of the plant.
