Course objectives (in Czech)
Students will study the role of Quality Management in the Companies today .The role of Quality on the World market place and vital connection between Quality and Global Competitiveness.Importance of understanding the Quality today, change between traditional view of Quality and Total Quality concept ,which is quite different. Comprehensive understanding the Quality ,which decides about the success on the market. Students will be also informed about concrete Quality systems and implementation procedure in companies. Specifically will get information about ISO,VDA system.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Students will get overview about the Quality at globalization period, will get understanding that quality approach /quality management is not only about the quality of the product or provided service, but about broaden approach to the managing the company.Students will be able to work with quality categories like costs of quality and their measurement. Students will get also orientation in practical implementation of the quality standards and will realise the role of quality versus costs / price of the product , what will decide about their success on the market places around the world.Students will be able to manage the quality policy in the companies.

Assessment methods
Studentś assessment is based on preparation of the credit work, every student will get the credit topic and minimum volume of the credit work should be 2 pages.Is expected personnel contribution, personnel experience etc. of the student concerning the topic. After getting the credit ,student will pass oral exam.
