Prerequisites
Basic programming (C#), basics of linear algebra and mathematical analysis.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the theory and skills in the field of computer graphics. The student will be able to create his own project in accordance with the principles of computer graphics and multimedia.
Learning outcomes
Students will learn and understand the basic methods of image and sound processing as 2D and 1D signals. They will learn to work with programming interfaces for video, audio and video. They will get acquainted with data formats for picture and sound. They will learn raster operations in Windows API, DirectX and OpenGL and the use of audio API Windows and DirectX. The student will improve in the ability to defend the results of work. They will improve in the practical use of the C # programming language.Students will learn and understand the basic methods of image and sound processing as 2D and 1D signals. Assessment methods
The course ends with credit and an exam. To obtain the credit, it is necessary to submit tasks according to the teacher's instructions.
Your own computer graphics and multimedia project must be submitted and presented for the exam.
Language of instruction
Czech
Further comments (probably available only in Czech)
The course can also be completed outside the examination period.
