- Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- After finishing this subject, students will understand: 1) polysemantic nature of the concept of european administrative law 2) institutionalization of the european administrative space 3) the most significant administrative procedures in regional european structures, in particular the EU 4) basic concepts of european administrative judiciary and 5) european standards of public administration. After finishing this subject, students will be able to use the information: 1) contained in the decisions of EU organs concerning administrative activities and 2) contained in non-binding documents of the Council of Europe concerning public administration After finishing this subject, students will be able to interpret: 1) decisions the European Court of Justice, if performing the functions of an administrative tribunal and 2) decisions the European Court for Human Rights concerning the judicial scrutiny of public administration
