Course objectives
Annotation is the same for both forms of study. At the end of this course the student will be able to understand and explain the field of private international law with a focus on     the field of international trade. The main objective of the course is to familiarize students with the basic concepts and defining the subject of international commercial law as well as the   system.   In another part of the students will be familiar with the   sources of international trade law and those legal relations   international trade and economic relations, ie the state, individuals and legal entities as subjects of legal relations international trade law. In addition, students will be familiar with   the organization and management of international trade and economic relations, ensuring commitment and payment methods in   meznárodním trade and economic relations, treatment of certain types of contractual relationships in   obchdním and international economic transactions and procedural issues in the   international trade and economic relations .

  • Content of lectures: 1 Concept, subject, and the system of international trade law 2 Subjects of legal relations in   international business and economic transactions 3 The organization and management of international trade and economic relations 4 Securing obligations and methods of payment in international trade   and economic relations 5 Treatment of certain obligations in   international trade and economic relations 6 Procedural issues in   international business and economic relations

Teaching methods
Teaching methods: - Daily: Lectures, exercises, discussion. - Part-time study: Controlled consultation - interpretation of important or problematic passages substances discussion. The scope of compulsory participation in education at workshops or seminars in the full-time is set to at least 75%, at controlled group consultations at 50%. Students who fail to meet the mandatory level of participation may be given during the semester additional study obligations (to the extent that will demonstrate academic achievement and acquired competencies necessary for successful completion of course).
