Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to understand and explain EU structural policy and the use of the Structural Funds. The student beyond the basic orientation in   issue funds and institutional and legislative background of structural policies will have an overview of the impact of this policy   the situation of the Czech Republic, including the use of specific current possibilities of SF.
Syllabus
  • 1 Lecture major problems.
  • 2 Structural policy, historical development, present and future.
  • Three basic objectives and principles of structural policy
  • 4 implementation, pumping.
  • 5   Přestrukturální funds in the Czech Republic, the current importance of structural policy in the Czech Republic  , the relationship between regional and structural policy.
  • 6 Presentation of seminar papers on selected topics from the area of ​​structural policy discussion seminar papers.

Teaching methods
Lecture using PowerPoint presentations. Exercise with discussion and presentation of seminar papers. Controlled group of consultation individual studying certain problems from the literature.
Assessment methods
Credits. Condition of the credit is written and presentation of seminar work at the required level.   In the case of controlled consultation is provided and write a short essay defending the required level.
