Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- understand the principles of operational management of an enterprise;
- understand the importance of company's ownership and capital structure for financial decision making
- understand the relations between planning, production volume, costs and profit
- explain a definition of the operational and strategic planning in a company
- acquire knowledge of the individual steps in financial planning
- understand the supply process in a company

Teaching methods
PS: (full time students)
Classes for present studies will be split into theoretical and practical part: 2 hours per week of lectures and 1 hour per week of seminars (2/1). Students should attend 75% of seminars as a minimum.

KS: (part time students)
5 seminars (90 min each); students should attend 50% of seminars as a minimum.
Assessment methods
Credit:
- seminar paper in given subject
- written credit test in selected subjects (60 % points min).

Exam:
- credit is needed before registering for the exam
- pre-exam: written test, if successful the grade can be used as exam classification
- oral examination covering the scope of the course.
