Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of managerial corporate management.; Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: - apply the methods of financial analysis; - apply the method of valuation of investment projects; - use basic cost model; - evaluate assets and capital structure of organization.

Teaching methods
Lectures and seminars in full-time study. Tutorials in part-time study. Class discussion, projects. It is necessary to be presented during the first a the last two exercises and lectures + (75 % total attendance full-time study +50 % attendance part-time study) and and also It is necessary to be presented during your fullfillment of your tasks.
Assessment methods
The course is completed with an exam (Test). It is necessary for passing test to have 60 or more percent correctly.
