- Course objectives
- After completing this course, students will be able to clarify the nature of corporate financial policies. Students should understand after completing the course objectives and principles of strategic financial planning business enterprise's accounting policy, debt and loan company policy, tax policy and liquidity as well as the company's dividend policy the company.

- Teaching methods
- Teaching takes the form of lectures, seminars and workshops in the form of full-time study; / controlled group consultations are used in the form of combined study. Minimum mandatory attendance at seminars / workshops in full-time studies is 75%, the controlled group consultations in combined form 50%. Students who fail to meet the mandatory level of participation may be given during the semester additional study obligations (to the extent that will demonstrate academic achievement and acquired competencies necessary for successful completion of course).
- Assessment methods
- The course is finished by credit and examination. The credit certifies the fulfillment of specified study duties, in particular, continuous tests and separate presentation of the seminar paper. The exam consists of a written and oral part.
