Course objectives
The goal of the course is to acquaint students with strategic financial management of the company, especially in the field of strategic planning and management, evaluation of investment projects, risk analysis, debt, credit, liquid and dividend policies.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course students will be able to clarify the fundamentals of financial management of the company and understand how to set strategic financial goals and principles of financial planning of the company. They focus is on the company's accounting, debt, credit, tax, liquid and dividend policies.

Teaching methods
In the full-time form lectures, exercises, practical examples, seminar work on given topic and their presentation. Attendance is 75%, combined attendance is minimum participation in managed group consultations 75 %.
Assessment methods
Předmět je zakončen zápočtem a zkouškou. Zápočet osvědčuje splnění stanovených studijních povinností, zejména průběžných testů a samostatné prezentace, nebo seminární práce, s celkovým bodovým ohodnocením max. 50 bodů. Zkouška se skládá z písemné a ústní části. Písemnou část zkoušky tvoří test s bodovým ohodnocením 50 bodů
