Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Annotation is the same for both forms of study. The course follows the teaching of general and procedural administrative law and familiarizes students with more detail   corrective action unlawful final administrative decision. The aim of interpretation is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of administrative and constitutional justice as two possible paths to   protect individual rights and effective external control activities of public authorities and also their comparison. Attention is paid to both their organizational aspects, as well as jurisdictional and procedural issues and the most common types of procedure, which can be   v ~ encounter.
Learning outcomes
The student will obtain information about the organization and activities of the administrative courts, their competencies. It will also be focused on the work of the Constitutional Court.
Syllabus
  • This outline is intended for full-time study, course of instruction for part-time study is presented in the study materials in the form of learning support. Contents of lectures: 1.Administrative Justice (concept and treatment in the Czech Republic  ). 2. Supreme Administrative Court (position and function). 3. Jurisdiction of the administrative courts. 4. Action against an administrative decision. 5.Action against administrative inaction and other types of special proceedings 6. Action in Political parties and elections, referendums and service regulations. 7. Cassation complaint. 8. Constitutional Justice (concept). 9. Powers of the Constitutional Court. 10. Tour of the Constitutional Court and the proceedings before him. 11. Proceedings of the repeal of laws and other legislation. 12. Proceedings of the constitutional complaints.
