- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand family law, inheritance and orientate in law of obligations.
- Learning outcomes
- After completion of the student will be able to: - Orient family law issues; - control the contractual process, individual contracts and gain knowledge of change and commitment; and interfacing affirmations and lien
- Syllabus
- 1. Family Law. 2. Marital property law. 3. Law of Succession, the acquisition in case of death (testament). 4. Relative property rights. Contract. Conclusice contract. 5. Change in liabilities. 6. Extinction of liabilities. 7. Liabilities from contracts with consumers. 8. Obtain and reaffirmation of debt. Lien. 9. Purchase contract and deed of gift. 10. Rent /leasing/. 11. Loan and credit. Company. 12. Tort obligations and other legal grouds.

- Teaching methods
- Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study. Students who do not fulfil the compulsory attendance may be assigned additional study tasks throughout the term (in an extent that will prove study results and acquired competencies necessary for successful completion of the course)
- Assessment methods
- Course credit in the form of a seminar paper. Exam written test (or oral examination). Successful completion of the course is conditional on answering correctly at least 60% of the questions written test.
