Course objectives
Objective of the course - aims of the course unit The graduate of the course will acquire basic and advanced information and knowledge from the general science of safety management and then more specifically from its physical and information part. Special attention will be paid to the concepts, institutes and legislation that go beyond the external continuity of legal norms of the selected subject within the sectoral criteria of the course and are applied in public and private law with an emphasis on security, protection and legal certainty. Within the teaching of the subject, it seems appropriate to use a possible knowledge intersection of the cross-sectional and multidisciplinary field, here, for example, in cooperation in a lecture devoted to the investigation of selected crimes against economic and budgetary discipline or protection against fraud and their abuse. The continuity of the course is also possible, for example, in the field of public administration, public property management, management or concretization of work, finance, administration. After completing the course and studying the relevant literature, the student will be able to understand and interpret selected institutes in the given areas and legal relations with emphasis on the area of ​​safety management legislation.
Learning outcomes
The graduate of the course will be able to correctly apply selected institutes and legal norms, the knowledge of which is a necessary prerequisite for understanding: · Basic concepts and institutes of general theory of physical security management - further security of property and security of persons · Basic concepts and institutes of general information security management theory, including practical implementation · Basic concepts and institutes of general ICT security / in the sense of using and setting up hardware, software and special means · Basic concepts and institutes of occupational safety and health protection, including fire protection · Basic concepts and institutes of protection against fraud and abuse, forensic audit · And other basic concepts and institutes corresponding to the teaching areas of the subject, including practical implementation
