Course objectives (in Czech)

Anotace je stejná pro obě formy studia. Cíl kurzu: Předmět navazuje na Podnikový a personální management 1. Jeho hlavním cílem je poskytnout studentům základní znalosti v oblasti práce s lidmi a řízení lidských zdrojů. Hlavní témata se proto týkají komunikace, práce s lidskými zdroji a řízení lidských zdrojů a základních aspektů práce manažera a manažerských stylů. Předmět je zakončen zápočtem a zkouškou.
