- To understand what is meant by Projects and to define Project Management, the need to do feasibility studies and the key objectives in managing projects. How to estimate time and cost in Project Management. Monitoring and control projects in Project Management and appropriate use of change management in projects.

- Defining a Project; The direct objectives of a Project; The indirect objectives of a Project; Definition of Project Management - Relationship between Phases of a Project and Project Lifecycle; What is the role of Project Stakeholders; Work Breakdown Structure - Historical information in a project; Duration estimating; Project Network Diagram; Critical Path - Resource Rates; Loading resources - The Planning-Controlling-Monitoring cycle; Change Control; Go/No Go control

- The subject is delivered by lectures in full-time study 12 lectures of theory and real business cases, demonstrating the role of Project Management in business.
