To understand what is meant by Projects and to define Project Management, the need to do feasibility studies and the key objectives in managing projects. How to estimate time and cost in Project Management. Monitoring and control projects in Project Management and appropriate use of change management in projects.

Teaching methods (in Czech)
The subject is delivered by lectures in full-time study 12 lectures of theory and real business cases, demonstrating the role of Project Management in business.

The subject is completed by credit. Credit will be granted based on active participation in the course and Project Presentation in Class.
