The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain a basics of modern approaches, theories, trends and current models of HR management. The emphasis is on deciding on the need, specialization and experience of staff, managing key HM management processes and mainly on key HR management strategies which creates competitive advantage and differentiate successful companies at the market.

Teaching methods
The course is delivered in 12 lectures (90 mins.) in full-time study and 4 tutorials (90 mins.) in part-time study; compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study.
Assessment methods
The subject is completed by exam. Grading will be based on an individual oral examination.
