  • CLOTHING 1.Gentlemen’s clothes White tie (tail-coat, cravate blanche, habit) Black tie (cravate noire) Cut (cutaway, morning coat) Evening (lounge) suit Inofficial suit (tenue de ville) 2. Ladies’ wear Grand evening toilette (floor-length, corresponds to white tie) Small evening toilette (corresponds to black tie) Evening dress (gown) - long, cocktail (corresponds to evening suit) Inofficial dress (afternoon frock) 3.Wearing of orders Official orders, ribbon, sash, Grand-Cross Star, Grand-Officer Star Civil orders and decorations (big-size, miniature, small-ribbons) SOCIAL AND FESTIVE EVENTS 4.Breakfast (petit déjeuner), Lunch (luncheon, déjeuner), buffet lunch 5.
