Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course focuses on providing students with detailed information on local government property assets and public property assets. By the end of the course, students will be able to understand and explain basic concepts contained in relevant legislation and difficult issues of public property management. Students will be able to use the information about public sector property assets, legislation on public support and public contracts in order to solve specific cases.

Teaching methods
Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study.
Assessment methods
The condition for obtaining the credit is passed a written test at the end of instruction. The test has 12 questions for which the correct answer is chosen from three options. The success of the test must correctly answer at least 9 questions.
