- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The course focuses on providing students with detailed information on local government property assets and public property assets. By the end of the course, students will be able to understand and explain basic concepts contained in relevant legislation and difficult issues of public property management. Students will be able to use the information about public sector property assets, legislation on public support and public contracts in order to solve specific cases.
