- Course objectives
- After completing this course, students will be able to explain the content of basic concepts and categories on which is built the legal order of the Czech Republic and legal regulation in general. Students will also be able to use these concepts and categories (this is a prerequisite for further successful studies in particular matters related to the applicable law of the Czech Republic). The student will also be knowledgable in the fundamentals of the constitutional law of the Czech Republic.

- Lectures in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study. Compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study.
- Assessment methods
- The course is concluded by exam in the form of a written test. For successful completion of the test the student is required to obtain a minimum of 60% of the total number of points.
