Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Annotation is the same for both forms of study. In the first semester, students should gain an overview of what is private law, and how it is implemented and how it works after the procedure. Students should be able to understand the basic institutes of private rights and confess also in the related case law.
Learning outcomes
After completion of the student will be able to: - summarise the main principles of private law; - the basic concepts of private law; - to the whole issue of ownership

  • 5. The thing in the legal sense .
  • 6. The legal issue and legal negotiations.

  • 8. Real rights, tenure and detention.
  • 9. Property and its acquisition.
  • 10. Co-ownership.
  • 11. Restriction of ownership.
  • 12. Easements.

Teaching methods
The teaching includes lectures and seminars. The scope of compulsory participation in education: Minimum mandatory participation in the seminar, attendance form of study is 75%, the controlled group consultations, combined studies 50%.
Assessment methods
Exam written test. Successful completion of the course is conditional on answering correctly at least 60% of the questions written test.
