- Course objectives
- Knowledge Management in modern companies combines data collection and extraction, information from systems (from business applications, from the Internet, from research outputs, etc.) to the development of people's knowledge (through learning, increasing practical experience, transferring knowledge and skills between workers, cooperation with R&D workplaces, higher education establishments, etc.). It is an aggregate term for “knowing more and always learning”. This strategy is essential for the future success of businesses in today's massive digitization, robotics, automation, and so on. Knowledge management moves between people's development, their ability and interest to continuously educate and manage information: • Knowledge management is part of people's development, human resources and knowledge development (emphasis is placed on tacit knowledge) • Knowledge management is also part of informatics, information management, data governance, as the acquisition, evaluation, storage and extraction of data is an important part of strategic business management (emphasis is placed on explicit knowledge

- Basic concepts, definitions, concepts of knowledge management. • Data, information, knowledge, wisdom - their significance at the time of Industry (marketing, business, services, etc. 4.0) • Knowledge transfer, new technologies - research and development outputs and their practical application in the enterprise. • Basic concepts of science and research, Science and Research Financing System, Government Strategy The Country For The Future ”. • Perspectives of joining academic and application spheres, perspectives of financing, announced calls, projects, etc. • Methodology of science and research, methods (qualitative, quantitative, principles of goal setting, hypotheses) • How to do research, statistical data processing methods. • Principles of writing professional text, essentials of research report, citation and intellectual property protection. • Applicability of R&D, transfer of knowledge for management of innovation activities - innovation strategies and programs of TA CR. Project management - concrete steps of cooperation with the selected company, proposals for the application of R&D for innovative development and knowledge transfer. • Prepare your own project. • Communication and presentation skills, presentation and project evaluation

- Teaching methods
- In full-time form of study: interactive lecture, case studies, group consultations. Scope of compulsory participation in lessons: minimum compulsory attendance at seminars / seminars in full-time study is 75%; Students who do not meet the compulsory scope of participation may be assigned additional study obligations during the semester

- The final evaluation takes the form of an exam through a presentation of the project.
