Course Enrolment Limitations

The course is offered to students of any study field.

Course objectives

The aim of the course is to provide students with detailed information about administrative criminal law, as a specific subsystem of administrative law. By completing it, the student will gain an overview of the legal regulation of administrative punishment, especially the right of misdemeanor, but also law enforcement and disciplinary administrative offenses.

Learning outcomes

Graduates of this course will be able to apply in practice the legal regulation of administrative punishment.
