- Course objectives
- At the end of this course a student is familiarized in detail with the way and extent of environmental protection as a specific public good. A student is able to identify the individual components of the environment which are legally protected, as well as their sources of pollution against which the protection is primarily directed. He is competent to explain how the environmental protection is organized administratively and what forms of responsibility are applied for its purposes. He is able to explore closer the issues of environment and its protection by analytical and comparative way.

- At the end of this course a student is familiarized in detail with the way and extent of environmental protection as a specific public good. A student is able to identify the individual components of the environment which are legally protected, as well as their sources of pollution against which the protection is primarily directed. He is competent to explain how the environmental protection is organized administratively and what forms of responsibility are applied for its purposes. He is able to explore closer the issues of environment and its protection by analytical and comparative way.

- Anotace je stejná pro obě formy studia. Cíl kurzu: V šesti přednáškách jsou studenti VŠFS seznamováni s problematikou udržitelného rozvoje pomocí rozboru základních pojmů a analýzy právního řádu ČR s ohledem na jeho připravenost udržitelný rozvoj umožnit. V navazujících cvičeních je sledována souvislost vývoje práva životního prostředí s postuláty „Ekonomiky udržitelného rozvoje“ s vhledem do makroekonomických i mikroekonomických analýz vztahujících se k tématu, do pravidel udržitelného rozhodování podnikového managementu a do nových technik a technologií konvenujících s principy udržitelného rozvoje. Přednášky z práva životního prostředí analyzují postupně připravenost legislativy být předpokladem pro efektivní plánování udržitelného rozvoje, pro účinnou implementaci prostředků podpory dodržování práva životního prostředí, včetně ekonomických nástrojů. Vedle toho studenti pronikají do problematiky právní odpovědnosti v oblasti životního prostředí prostřednictvím výkladu o systému opatření, kterou veřejná správa disponuje při vynucování dodržování práva, a dále díky seznámení se s principy a členěním právní odpovědnosti v předmětné oblasti. Cílem je též seznámit studenty s problematikou povolování významných hospodářských staveb s exkurzem do stavebního práva se zaměřením se především na proces posuzování vlivů záměrů na ŽP a proces integrovaného povolování. Cyklus přednášek je zakončen analýzou nástrojů složkové a technické ochrany životního prostředí.

- Anotace je stejná pro obě formy studia. Cíl kurzu: V šesti přednáškách jsou studenti VŠFS seznamováni s problematikou udržitelného rozvoje pomocí rozboru základních pojmů a analýzy právního řádu ČR s ohledem na jeho připravenost udržitelný rozvoj umožnit. V navazujících cvičeních je sledována souvislost vývoje práva životního prostředí s postuláty „Ekonomiky udržitelného rozvoje“ s vhledem do makroekonomických i mikroekonomických analýz vztahujících se k tématu, do pravidel udržitelného rozhodování podnikového managementu a do nových technik a technologií konvenujících s principy udržitelného rozvoje. Přednášky z práva životního prostředí analyzují postupně připravenost legislativy být předpokladem pro efektivní plánování udržitelného rozvoje, pro účinnou implementaci prostředků podpory dodržování práva životního prostředí, včetně ekonomických nástrojů. Vedle toho studenti pronikají do problematiky právní odpovědnosti v oblasti životního prostředí prostřednictvím výkladu o systému opatření, kterou veřejná správa disponuje při vynucování dodržování práva, a dále díky seznámení se s principy a členěním právní odpovědnosti v předmětné oblasti. Cílem je též seznámit studenty s problematikou povolování významných hospodářských staveb s exkurzem do stavebního práva se zaměřením se především na proces posuzování vlivů záměrů na ŽP a proces integrovaného povolování. Cyklus přednášek je zakončen analýzou nástrojů složkové a technické ochrany životního prostředí.

- Course objectives
- At the end of this course a student is familiarized in detail with the way and extent of environmental protection as a specific public good. A student is able to identify the individual components of the environment which are legally protected, as well as their sources of pollution against which the protection is primarily directed. He is competent to explain how the environmental protection is organized administratively and what forms of responsibility are applied for its purposes. He is able to explore closer the issues of environment and its protection by analytical and comparative way.
