Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to understand and interpret selected issues of public administration from   light of new trends that are involved in the transition from the concept of governance as police power to manage understood as a community service.

  • : 1 / Basics of e-government in public administration; 2 / right to information and protection of personal data; 3 / information systems of public administration; 4 / data box, 5 / Czech Point; 6 / basic registers.

Teaching methods
The scope of compulsory participation in education: Minimum mandatory participation in seminars / workshops in full-time studies is 75%, the controlled group consultations in combined form 50%. Students who fail to meet the mandatory level of participation may be given during the semester additional study obligations (to the extent that will demonstrate academic achievement and acquired competencies necessary for successful completion of course).
