| Úspěšnému vyjednávání jsou potřeba informace, jako ústřední faktor kreativního a náročného procesu, kterému říkáme vyjednávání. Informace, jsou a budou vždy tím nejžádanějším zbožím. Jaký další prvek nám bude užitečný v naší snaze uzavřít úspěšný obchod? Bude jím naše FLEXIBILITA, která nám umožní v procesu vyjednávání pružně využívat informace, která jsme si připravily před zahájením jednání a umožní nám v aktivním procesu předkládání návrhů pružně reagovat na aktuální postoj protistrany. |

| Successful negotiation requires information as a central factor in the creative and challenging process we call negotiation. Information is and always will be the most sought-after commodity. What other element will be helpful in our quest to close a successful deal? It will be our FLEXIBILITY, which will allow us to flexibly use the information we have prepared before the start of negotiations in the negotiation process and enable us to respond flexibly to the current position of the other party in the active process of submitting proposals. |
