Cílem příspěvku je charakterizovat možnosti řešení vybraných problémů systému důchodového pojištění v současné době. Na základě charakteristiky nejvýznamnějších změn tohoto systému, které byly realizovány po r. 1990, je pozornost soustředěna na charakteristiku nejvýznamnějších problémů, jejichž řešení podmiňuje mj. úspěšnost důchodové reformy. Závěrečná část příspěvku je věnována některým problémům důchodového systému v evropském kontextu.

The objective of this report is describe the possibilities of solution of select problems of pension insurance system on the present. On the basis of the characteristics of most significant changes this systems, which was implement after a year 1990, attention is concentrate of describe most significant problems, which solution implicated fruitfulness of pension reform. The final part of this report is orientated of the characteristics some problems of pension system in european context.
