Abstract
Článek zkoumá situaci univerzálního penzijního systému ve vztahu k trhu práce, demografickým změnám, kvalitě života a existenci speciálních penzijních schémat ve vazbě na zdravotně sociální situaci zaměstnanců. Zabývá se vazbami univerzálního penzijního systému a případných speciálních penzijních systémů, hledisky jejich posuzování a sociálněpolitickým významem. Příkladem je aktuální situace v českém hornictví. Ukazuje také možnou roli QALY a DALY ve vztahu k výzkumnému problému.
Abstract (in English)
The paper depicts the situation of the universal pension scheme in relation to the labour market, demographic changes, quality of life and the existence of special pension schemes in relation with health-social situation of employees. It focuses on the relations of the universal pension scheme and potential special pension schemes, aspects of their evaluation and social-political significance. As an example, we can present the current situation of Czech mining industry. It also demonstrates the possible role of QALY and DALY indicators in relation to the research problem. It is based on the principle that the universal pension scheme is the basic pension scheme available for every employee/citizen and the special pension schemes are perceived as its potential upgrade.
