Pozornost v příspěvku je věnována talent managementu, jako jednomu z nástrojů profesního vzdělávání. Práce je jeho plnohodnotným obrazem, a to od definice talentu, jeho nastavení v organizaci, metody výběru talentů, způsobu a možnosti vzdělávání až po vyhodnocení fungování celého procesu v organizaci. Na tuto problematiku navazují informace, které se zabývají rozvojem talentu a práce s ním.

Attention in the paper is paid to talent management, as one of the tools of vocational education. The work is a full-fledged image of it, from the definition of talent, its setting in the organization, methods of talent selection, method and possibilities of education to the evaluation of the functioning of the whole process in the organization. This issue is followed by information that deals with the development of talent and work with it.
