The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The objectives of the course is description of the TERM "TEAM MANAGEMENT and TALENT MANAGEMENT". In the first part of the course is presented RACIO for Teams, Why using Teams, Role of International Teams, Role of Diversity Management, including Expats problems. The second part of the course is paid attention to description of HR Issue for the company, including the TALENT MANAGEMENT and other aspects of HR planning.
Learning outcomes
Students will be informed about the Role of teams in the process of company competitiveness, importance of teams and multinationals in globalization world. Students will undertand the standard HR approach is nor sufficient today and that the "People" in the company are the most important assets and therefore the Talent management does play very important role in competitiveness today.

The course will be consisted of following presentations: 1.DEFINITION of TEAMS, RACIO for TEAMS, WHY TEAM WORK 2.ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL TEAMS, EXPATS SITUATION for TEAMS 3.DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT, THE THIRD CULTURE 4.TEAM CREATION AND TEAM MANAGING 5.TEAM BUILDING - WAY BETTER TEAM PERFORMANCE 6.TEAM MANAGEMENT AND THE ROLE OF LEARERS 7.MEANING OF TALENT and TALENT MANAGEMENT 8.IDENTIFICATION OF TALENTS IN COMPANY 9.COMPANY STRATEGY FOR TALENTED EMPLOYEES 10.HR PLANNING 11.CAREER PLANNING IN COMPANY 12.TALENT AUDIT AND NEW TRENDS IN TALENT MANAGEMENT

Teaching methods
Planning activities and teaching mathods are lectures and follow up discussions, including personnel presentations of various topics on TEAM AND TALENT MANAGEMENT.
Assessment methods
The course will be accomplished by INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION by students. The presentations will be based on chosen topics from TEAM AND TALENT MANAGEMENT. STUDENTS WILL GET THE GRADIT BASED ON SUCCESSFUL INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION AND REACHING REQUIRED COURSE ATTENDANCE.
