The aim of the course is to evaluate the publications of the PhD student, whitch are necessary for the successful completion of studies.

Výstupy z učení

Publications of the PhD student. Act No. 111/1998 Coll. On higher education institutions and on amendments and supplements to some other acts (the Higher Education Act). Part IV: Degree programmes and fields of study. Section 47 Doctoral degree programmes, (4): "The thesis must contain original as well as published results or results accepted for publication."

Výukové metody

These are the PhD student´s publications, under the methodical and professional mentorship through the supervisor.

Metody hodnocení

The course finishes with credit awarded by the vice-rector for research and development. Requirements for obtaining credit are to meet the minimum requirements for publishing: - at least two articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, recommendation (not obligation) one of which is registered in the Web of Science or Scopus database; - at least two papers published in the conference proceedings. The thematic focus of publications must be consistent with the thematic focus of the dissertation. In case of co-authorship in publications, only the authors' shares are included in the publication activity.
