Teaching methods
Teaching takes place in the form of lectures in the full-time form of study; concentration in the combined form of study.
Although the minimum mandatory participation in the course is not set, successful completion of the course requires it to a sufficient extent.
An excursion to a company that actually uses the SAP system is also planned (according to capacity).

Lectures: acquiring knowledge + basic understanding
Frontal explanation with discussion (for systematic transfer of basic concepts and principles of corporate information systems).
Interactive explanation (inserting questions to students, especially in the combined form of study).
Demonstration of examples of passages through the SAP S/4HANA information system with the support of SAP Learning Hub – student edition.
Assessment methods
The course is concluded with a credit in the form of a team credit work.

CREDIT is awarded in both forms (PS and KS) based on a discussion of a team credit work proposal (4-10 students), prepared based on an assignment. You can find this in the study materials and in MS Teams (Zadani-a-sablona_zapoctove_prace_PoIS-2025.docx).

When preparing the credit work, the use of access to the SAP system via "SAP Learning Hub, Student Edition" is welcome. VŠFS students will receive this access after registering with their school email and school address. The work submitted to the submission office cannot exceed 10% when checking for plagiarism.

ISP students - the same conditions as full-time students. ISP and REPEATING students - agree with the teacher as soon as possible on the method of assessment.
