- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the whole field of research - with its intentions, philosophy, ethics, types of research data and creation of a research design. Within this design we will focus on developing of a research question, setting hypotheses, operationalize them and then we will discuss particular methods; both qualitative and quantitative, such as interview, questioning & survey, focus group, content analysis, document analysis, etc.

- i) Written exam/test based on knowledge acquired in the lectures and in the readings.
ii) Active participation on no less than 50 %. Attendance of more than 75 % will generate extra points for the final result.
Note: Students with insufficient participation or with individual study plan will write an abstract/concept paper (2-5 pages) on selected methodological text.
iii) Written exam/test based on knowledge acquired in the lectures and in the readings.
Note: All three parts will generate specific score/points, and aggregate score that will then generate a final note. Parity on final score of singular parts and other conditions would be specified at the first meeting. - Language of instruction
