Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Students will be able to understand the institutes of intellectual property rights. They master the theory, content, subject matter and the effects adv. legal actions. The contracts will acquire particular, the transfer contract for work and licensing agreements. Students will control legislation in the Civil Code, the Copyright Act and the Law on labeling. Will be able to produce the necessary documents and protect the rights of its own institutions.
