Course objectives
Students gain knowledge on general part of administration law, administration procedural law, administration criminal law and theory of administration.

  • 3. Making standards of administration authorities
  • 4. Control and supervision in public administration
  • 5. Concept of administration procedural law
  • 6. Overview of administration proceedings
  • 7. Decision making in administration proceedings
  • 8. Regular and extraordinary remedial tools
  • 9. Concept of administration punishment, Facts of the case of administration offence
  • 10. Proceeding in the area of administration punishment
  • 11. Concept of e-government, basic registers, data boxes
  • 12. Privacy policy, right for information

The course is completed with verbal exam. Answer one of the 15 topic questions correctly is required to pass the exam.
