Prerequisites
The completion of this course are very much needed gained knowledge of administrative law and criminal law   the bachelor program.

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim is to enable students to master over the issue of teaching evaluation and design solutions misdemeanor or criminal agendas in specific cases, that may be upon arrival in the profession. For this purpose, they learn to manage the overall process and the subsequent assessment of the problems in terms of offense and criminal law. They will also be able to evaluate their relationship. That means they are able to assess the extent necessary, whether it is administrative or criminal offense which can be committed not only physical but in many cases, and legal entities. In this context, the graduates are able to distinguish the common features of offenses and their counterparts crimes and propose corresponding solutions. Obviously master in this context, the appropriate terminology and are able to work independently of substantive law corresponding final proposal either for the authorities or law enforcement authorities so that the matter could be resolved by the relevant deadline.
Syllabus
  • Lectures: 1. Within the comparative approach, the general commentary, to explain the relationship between misdemeanors and crimes, incl. fundamental principles to explain the role of the aforementioned legislation. 2. Development of administrative criminal law, the concept of an administrative offense, administrative offenses and their classification, possibilities of classification of administrative offenses. 3. The Constitutional foundations of administrative punishment, substantive legal bases punishment according to the Criminal Code. 4. Administrative and judicial violations. 5th offenses and crimes. 6. Administrative and criminal offenses. Their division and mutual respect. 7. The sanctions in administrative and criminal proceedings. 8. Public and disciplinary offenses. 9. The Administrative offenses of legal persons and administrative offenses of a mixed nature. 10th merits of crimes committed in VS. 11. Practical examples of solutions to administrative and criminal law cases. 12. Practical examples of the relationship and the possibilities for solving the administrative and criminal administrative cases.

Teaching methods
Lectures and exercises in full-controlled group consultations in combined form; minimum mandatory attendance at seminars / workshops in full-time study is 75%, on a guided group consultations in combination with another 50%.
Assessment methods
Credit, which is   regular study aktvivní awarded for performances in   within the panel discussion in the range of   15 min, at the end of the semester folds listener oral exam   object.
