Students can look for a job in family businesses, so it is appropriate to introduce them to an environment in which the interaction of family, individual members, business itself and asset management is a complex system with significant implications for conflict management through open communication. The basis of the family is the emotional and emotional aspect, belonging and communication inwards, but the company is based on concrete results, rational facts, substantiated information, is open to its business partners, customers, communicates communication outwards. The task of the family is mutual encouragement, help, tolerance and education. In business, on the other hand, ferocity, rivalry, making profits are more appreciated, and more than education, they focus on developing professional skills.
