- At the end of the course students should be able to: understand basic principles of computer graphics, implement in classic programming language the algorithms presented in the course
- Syllabus
- 1) Colors in computer graphics and color models
- 2) Digitalization - sampling and quantization
- 3) Raster image representation and compression
- 4) Line
- 5) Circle
- 6) Curves and surfaces
- 7) 2D closed areas filling
- 8) Antialiasing
- 9) Monochromatic visualization, halftoning and dithering
- 10) Representation of 3D scenes
- 11) Visualization of 3D scenes

- Teaching methods
- Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study

- Written test with limit 80% + oral exam verifying student knowledge that affects the final score
