- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The study assumes a good knowledge of national legislation on the basis of which provides students with a deeper insight and analysis on a European scale, administrative and legal issues of supranational law - in particular the rights created by the EU institutions. The emphasis is on community and other legal standards that are directly applicable Czech environment. After finishing this subject, students will understand: 1) polysemantic nature of the concept of european administrative law 2) institutionalization of the european administrative space 3) the mos tsignificant administrative procedures in regional european structures, in particular EU 4) basic concepts of european administrative judiciary and 5) european standards of public administration.

- Teaching methods
- Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study
- Assessment methods
- Daily study programme: credit test, oral exam, reqired attendance - 75%. The condition for obtaining the credit is passed a written test at the end of instruction. The test has 12 questions for which the correct answer is chosen from three options. The success of the test must correctly answer at least 9 questions. Combined study programme: Credit thesis, oral exam, reqired attendance - 50%
