Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
This subject will teach the student to focus on contractual law, especially in relations between entrepreneurs. He will know the rights and obligations of the creditor and the borrower of the obligation. It will be able to distinguish rights and obligations from the contract, from the offense and from other legal facts. The student will learn how contracts are being developed and what are the essential parts of the individual contract types. They will also learn how to contractual - and other obligations - change and how they are extinguished. It will be able to implement the legal regulation of individual types of responsibility. This is the goal of teaching the subject. The course will focus on the commitment issues in general with the use of case methods (for specific contracts).
