- Course objectives
- Complex equip students with basic knowledge and conceptual apparatus for understanding the specific phenomenon of "economic crime" and its relationship to other theoretical categories "economic and financial" crime and economic crime.
- Learning outcomes
- Basic theoretical knowledge, orientation in problems and context of monitored topics. At the same time, the practical skills and skills of applying the acquired knowledge in a real environment of professional activities. The learning outcomes are the support and development of the profile of the educated practitioner.

- 1. The theoretical bases of assessment and economic characteristics, economic and financial crimes and their relationship. 2nd Criminological characteristics of crimes and their criminogenic factors. 3. Basic ways of committing economic crimes. 4th Special detection and investigation of economic crime. 5. Basic characteristics of crimes against property. (V. hl. Esp. No. Of the Criminal Code). 6. Basic characteristics of economic crimes (VI. Hl. Zvl.č. Criminal Code)
