Course objectives (in Czech)
To gain a good understanding of international trade aspects, forces and issues related to conducting business abroad. To acquire knowledge about strategic marketing activities and HR-related activities needed for managing international business operations.

Five seminars, lectures combined with group case study presentations. Students in part time study program should attend 50% of seminars as a minimum.
