- Course objectives
- Objectives of the course (in the language), max 3000 characters Students should enrich your knowledge about some other aspects of civil rights. At the end of this course, students should understand the deeper bond of private law and should be able to explain and apply some other legitimate commercial contract types. He should be able to explain the concept of private international law and to focus on the conflict rules. Should understand and explain the basics of family law and inheritance law as an important part of civil legal normative modifications.

- 1st The purchase agreement under the Commercial Code. 2nd Contract for work. 3rd Licensing and franchising. 4th Contracts of instruction type. 5th Banking transactions and contractual guarantees. 6th Quiet community; contracts custody case. 7th Publishing and licensing agreement. 8th Subject of international law, conflict of laws. 9th Conflicting treatment obligations. 10th International procedural law. 11th Basic principles and rules of inheritance law. 12th Marriage, relationships between parents and children.
