- Subject of Financing Organizations explains the nature, advantages and disadvantages, costs and risks of classic and alternative external sources of company financing. The concept of the course builds on the following courses: Introduction to Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance and Corporate Planning.

- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- After completing the course, students will understand the financial relationship between the company and the various types of financial intermediaries. After completing this course, students will be able to use the knowledge and skills to offer a comparison of financial options and the relevant decisions in the company, and will be able to argue the strengths and weaknesses of each product and ensure adequate funding for the company's needs.
At the end of the course the student will be able to compare various sources of financing techniques, their advantages, disadvantages, cost and risk, as the financial system offers them to the corporate world of today. - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will understand structure of capital in a corporation and the following sources of financing: - hidden internal sources - suppliers credit - bank loans - financial investors - strategic investors - securities - grants and government incentives

- 9. Corporate shares and bonds
- 10. Trading on financial markets
- 11. Subsidies: EU and CZ grands, co-financing, incentives, non-profit organizations, sponsorship
