Course objectives
The aim is to get an overview on the general arrangements and obligations of the fundamental provisions of the various types of contracts; learn to contract the simpler contracts and review contracts with more complex content.

Teaching methods
Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study.
Assessment methods
The course is completed with a credit and verbal exam. The criterion for granting credit is a written test. Answer questions correctly is required to pass the exam.
