- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- Students should acquire a basic orientation in the legal regulation of securities. They will know the terminology and areas of law that deal with this issue.
- Learning outcomes
- After finishing this course, the student is very well oriented in the legal regulation of securities. It is able to classify the relevant security for a given legal norm, can explain the operations of securities and also understands their economic substance

- Teaching methods
- Teaching is in the form of lectures, controlled consultation within the combined form of study. Attendance at least 75% of the lectures is required in the attendance form, while the combined form of study requires the participation of min. 50% in managed consultations.
- Assessment methods
- The course is finished by credit. To obtain the credit, it is necessary to attend at least 75% of the attendance at the controlled consultations. Further pass the written test to at least 60%. Students who do not meet these requirements for credit can obtain substitute assignments to obtain them from the teacher.
