Článek pojednává o smlouvě o úvěru a zároveň také o smlouvě o zápůjčce podle nového občanského zákoníku tj. zák.č.89-2012 Sb.
Abstract (in English)
The article discusses about the Contract of credit and Contract of loan.Contract to Borrow (§ 2390-2394 Civil Code.) To the credit agreement differs. While the subject of a loan may be only to provide funds, the contract may be to borrow only loan of the funds, as well as any other fungible goods. The loan is always of interest-bearing loan can be either interest-free and interest-bearing. The loan agreement is a consensual agreement and has already created its conclusion, while a contract to borrow a fair contract and produced with the delegation respectively.
