Abstract
Indonéské rodinné podniky hrají v budoucím ekonomickém růstu této země významnou roli - 95 % místních podniků je totiž rodinných. Podle údajů společnosti Boston Consulting Group (BCG) mají rodinné podniky pod kontrolou přibližně 40 % tržní kapitalizace v zemi. Mají značný vliv v širokém spektru klíčových odvětví včetně nemovitostí (91% podíl na trhu), zemědělství (74 %), energií (65 %), v trhu spotřebního zboží (45%). Zahraniční subjekty vstupující na indonéský trh by proto měly být vybaveny důkladným poznáním povahy a nuancí místních rodinných podniků – vzhledem k jejich celkovému počtu totiž existuje vysoká pravděpodobnost, že budou úzce spolupracovat s tímto typem firmy jako s budoucími partnery, dodavateli a klienty
Abstract (in English)
ndonesian family businesses play an important role in the future economic growth of this country - 95% of local businesses are family members. According to the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), family businesses have approximately 40% of the market capitalization in the country. They have a significant impact on a wide range of key sectors, including real estate (91% market share), agriculture (74%), energy (65%), consumer goods market (45%). Foreign entities entering the Indonesian market should therefore be equipped with a thorough knowledge of the nature and nuances of local family businesses - because of their total number there is a high probability that they will cooperate closely with this type of business as with future partners, suppliers and clients
