N2  - European Union, its cohesion and competitiveness need new impulses which will encourages SMEs cooperation throw all EU. SMEs performance is very important for European economy, unfortunately SME are limited by financial capital and there is lack of solutions for closer cooperation between SMEs in all EU. It can be changed by advanced method of controlling as a management tool implemented in information systems, especially ERP systems. This advanced controlling systems supported by high performance IT systems are looking for gaps, stimulate creating solutions and allow usage all of capital types with higher efficiency. These advanced controlling systems should create new process system, more effective supply chains, new dimension of marketing and much more. Other great advantage is creating of management and communication systems which will allow connectivity across national border throw all Europe Union and which will stimulate economic cohesion and competitiveness of European SMEs and stimulate growth of strong and united European Union.
